Ricardo incorporates a cultural perspective into his marketing solutions. His journey started at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where he studied creative advertising. Later, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with honors from the University of Phoenix in Illinois, and received certifications in product ownership and project management.
He served general market ad agencies and led the creative strategy team for Rauxa | Roja, a multicultural marketing agency in California, working across healthcare insurance, entertainment, and telecommunication industries. He also managed credit marketing campaigns for a top retailer in Illinois, enhancing both online and in-store customer experiences for a financial services credit card portfolio.
